STMicroelectronics SMA SMA6TY 600W Automotive Transil ™ Series is designed to protect sensitive automotive circuits from surges as defined in the ISO 7637-2 standard and electrostatic discharge as defined in ISO 10605. This planar technology makes the device compatible with high-end circuits that require low leakage current and high junction temperature for high reliability and stability. SMA6TY devices are packaged in SMA (SMA footprint complies with IPC 7531 standard).
