Texas Instruments ISO774x/ISO774x-Q1 Quad-Channel Digital Isolators are high-performance quad-channel digital isolators with isolation ratings of 5000V RMS (DW package) and 2500V RMS (DBQ package) per UL 1577. These devices feature reinforced insulation ratings to VDE, CSA, TUV and CQC standards. These devices feature high EMI immunity, low emissions, and low power consumption while isolating CMOS or LVCMOS digital I/O. Each isolation channel has a logic input and output buffer separated by a silicon dioxide (SiO2 ) insulating barrier. These devices feature enable pins that can be used to place their respective outputs in high impedance, enabling multi-master drive applications while reducing power consumption. ISO7740/ISO7740-Q1 devices have all four channels in the same direction, ISO7741/ISO7741-Q1 devices have three forward channels and one reverse channel, ISO7742/ISO7742-Q1 devices have two forward channels and two reverse channels aisle. The ISO774x/ISO774x-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
