These analog switches and multiplexers are used in a wide range of industrial, instrumentation, medical, consumer electronics, communications, and automotive systems, and the range of applications continues to expand.
Radio Frequency Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (RF-MEMS) switches offer outstanding reliability, ultra-high accuracy, and RF performance from 0Hz (DC) to 14GHz. MEMS switches require a low-voltage, low-current power driver IC and a completely independent parallel logic control interface. These driver ICs are compatible with standard CMOS logic drive voltages. The switches are housed in a space saving standard surface mount LFCSP plastic package measuring 5mm x 4mm. These MEMS switches are used in instrumentation, aerospace, defense, healthcare, communications, and other key markets.
