Texas Instruments LMD18200 3A, 55V H-Bridge Driver is designed for motion control applications. The device adopts a variety of technical processes, integrates bipolar and CMOS control circuits, and DMOS power components on the same monolithic structure, and is especially suitable for driving DC and stepping motors; LMD18200 can withstand peak output currents up to 6A. The device uses a novel circuit structure that is more sensitive to low-loss sensing of the output current.
