Texas Instruments LMR140x0 SIMPLE SWITCHER® Step-Down Regulators
Texas Instruments LMR140x0 SIMPLE SWITCHER® Buck Regulators are 40V 2A (LMR14020), 3.5A (LMR14030), or 5.0A (LMR14050) step-down regulators with an integrated high-side MOSFET. With their wide input voltage range from 4V to 40V, they can be used for power conditioning of unregulated power supplies in a wide range of industrial to automotive applications. The regulator's quiescent current of 40µA in sleep mode is ideal for battery-powered systems. The extremely low 1µA current in shutdown mode further extends battery life. A wide adjustable switching frequency range allows optimization of efficiency or external component size. Internal loop compensation frees users from the tedious work of loop compensation design.
