The LMZ31707 SIMPLE SWITCHER® Power Module is an easy-to-use integrated power solution that combines a 7A DC/DC converter with power MOSFETs, a shielded inductor and multiple wireless source device. This total power solution requires only three external components and eliminates the loop compensation and magnetics selection process.
The device is housed in a 10mm × 10mm × 4.3mm QFN package, which can be easily soldered to a printed circuit board and enables compact point-of-load designs. Efficiency of over 95% and excellent power dissipation capability with thermal impedance of 13.3°C/W are achieved. The LMZ31707 offers the flexibility and feature set of discrete point-of-load designs and is ideal for powering a wide variety of integrated circuits (ICs) and systems. Advanced packaging technology provides a robust and reliable power solution compatible with standard QFN mounting and testing techniques.
