Murata Electronics NFM 3-Terminal Filter Capacitors
Murata NFM 3-Terminal Filter Capacitors are designed for very high current low equivalent series inductance (ESL) chips. This ESL value is low and extremely reliable, and has high frequency characteristics. Suitable for decoupling power supplies operating at high speeds, these capacitors provide good noise suppression in the high frequency range up to several hundred MHz. NFM filter capacitors are three-terminal multilayer ceramic capacitors in a small package. These capacitors are AEC-Q200 qualified for high quality and high reliability automotive applications. NFM capacitors are mainly used in general electronic equipment.Murata has expanded its NFM 3-terminal filter capacitor offering to now include the NFM15PC146R0G3D specifically designed for mobile devices .
