Description
The LPV542 is an ultra-low power dual operational amplifier with 8kHz bandwidth and 490nA quiescent current, ideal for battery-powered applications such as medical and fitness wearables, building automation, and remote sensing nodes. Each amplifier's CMOS input stage is biased at only picoamperes, reducing errors commonly introduced in megohm feedback resistor topologies such as photodiodes and charge sensing applications. In addition, the input common-mode range extends to the supply rails, and the output swing extends to within ±3mV of the supply rails, maintaining the widest possible dynamic range. Likewise, the LPV542 features EMI protection to reduce unwanted RF signals from cell phones, WiFi, radio transmitters and tag readers from affecting the system. The LPV542 operates from a low supply voltage of 1.6V, ensuring excellent performance in low battery conditions. The device is available in an 8-pad 3mm x 3mm x 0.45mm thin lead-free X1SON package and a standard 8-pin VSSOP package. characteristic • Wide supply voltage range: 1.6V to 5.5V • Low supply current: 490nA (typ/channel) • Low offset voltage: 3mV (max/room temperature) • Low TcVos: 1µV/°C (typ) • Gain Bandwidth: 8kHz (Typical) • Rail-to-Rail Input and Output • Unity Gain Stable • Low Input Bias Current: 1pA (max/room temperature) • Enhanced Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) Protection • Temperature Range: -40°C to 125°C ℃ • 3mm x 3mm x 0.45mm thin X1SON package application Wearable ProductsPersonal Health MonitorBattery PacksMobile Phones and TabletsSolar or Energy Harvesting SystemsPIR , Smoke, Gas, and Fire Detection SystemsBattery- Powered Internet of Things (IoT) DevicesRemote SensorsMicropower Reference Buffers All the evaluation(0)
